You will work directly with customers, our founders, Forward Deployed Engineers, MedTech Domain Experts, Product, and Sales to turn complex challenges into practical AI solutions that deliver measurable value.\nThis is a hands-on customer leadership role. You'll get deep into our AI platform, understand customers' challenges, and help shape solutions alongside technical and domain experts. You won't need to write code or be a MedTech specialist, but you should be excited to get into the details and make things work.\nYou will:\n• Discover high-impact opportunities: Understand customer workflows, identify valuable AI use cases, and translate complex challenges into clear priorities and practical solutions.\n• Bring AI solutions to life: Demonstrate REMATIQ's platform, shape compelling pilots, and work with technical and domain experts to turn promising use cases into working solutions.\n• Own customer deployments: Lead engagements from initial scoping to successful rollout.
