Cool, keep reading!\nResponsibilities\nAs a UX/UI Designer, you will be working closely with our founders, Lead Designer and engineering team to craft beautiful interfaces and develop an outstanding user experience.\nWorking across multiple products, you will:\n• Design new user journeys, features and products;\n• Contribute to maintaining and evolving existing applications;\n• Design and maintain the components, UI patterns, and documentation for Reedsy’s design system and component library;\n• Develop (at least some of) the front-end for your designs and collaborate closely with our engineering team to ensure perfect implementation.\n\nRequirements\n• 5+ years of experience as UX/UI designer and ability to implement (some of) your own designs;\n• You enjoy learning about complex concepts, dissecting them, and simplifying them for the team and ultimately users.\n• Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch or Figma;\n• Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles;\n• A portfolio of design work;\n• Good, critical eye for detail;\n• Perfectly fluent in English, great communication skills;\n• Experience working remotely.\n\nBonus points\n• Experience working with fast-growing Series A – B startups\n• Experience with Ruby on Rails\n• Fluent in multiple languages.
