We're scaling hard, and we need a PM obsessed with product-led growth (PLG).\n\nTasks\n\nThis role is not about babysitting a roadmap but turning the product itself into our best sales channel — removing friction, driving activation, and making users fall in love before they ever talk to sales.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\n- Own the PLG strategy: activation, onboarding, habit loops, and expansion\n\n- Turn data into decisions: define metrics, run experiments, kill what doesn't work\n\n- Work directly with Engineering, Design, and Data in a fast-moving Agile setup\n\n- Identify and remove every drop of friction in the consultant and client journey\n\n- Collaborate with Sales and Management to align product motions with revenue\n\nRequirements\n\n- 3+ years of PM experience, ideally at a marketplace or SaaS company\n\n- You know what PLG actually means and have shipped it\n\n- You use AI tools daily.
