We already deliver Odoo projects for\nGerman clients through our Nordic teams, and we are now building the\nlocal team that will carry that work forward. You would be among the\nfirst consultants in Hamburg, with real influence over how Flyt\nGermany takes shape — supported from day one by experienced\ncolleagues in Norway and Denmark. We are hiring two to three\nconsultants for our Hamburg office. Your role • Take delivery\nresponsibility for parts of a project, or for whole projects • Map\nand design client processes across logistics, sales, production and\nfinance • Run workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to\nland on the right solution • Configure and test processes in Odoo,\nspecify new functionality, and follow up with the developers building\nit • Train process owners and end users, and support clients through\ngo-live • Work closely with the wider Flyt team in Norway and\nDenmark • Help shape how Flyt works in Germany — methodology,\nclient approach, and the local team as it grows Your profile We are\nopen to three starting points. You bring one of: • A strong ERP\nbackground, technical or functional — on Odoo, SAP, Dynamics or\nanother platform • Solid German accounting and controlling\nknowledge, with practical ERP experience • At least two years of\nmanagement consulting experience, or other consultancy, with a genuine\nappetite to build deep Odoo expertise Alongside that, you bring: • A\nmaster's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional\nexperience • A consulting mindset — ready to act as lead\nconsultant, with strong communication skills in front of clients •\nThe ability and curiosity to learn a lot, fast – ready to take on\nchallenges • Comfortable with complex, end-to-end business\nprocesses, with attention to details • Fluent German and English,\npreferably experience with English as company language • A\nwillingness to travel, and an appreciation for working together in\nperson — based in or near Hamburg is a plus, not a requirement What\nwe offer • Be part of a driven, high-competence team.
