Tasks Job Summary: We\nare seeking a highly experienced Data Steward to lead the end-to-end\nmigration from SAP S4/HANA to GCP with planning and manufacturing\nareas. This role demands a strong understanding of data workflows,\nbusiness processes, and hands-on data management expertise. The ideal\ncandidate will work closely with both business stakeholders and\nengineering teams to ensure successful and accurate data migration.\nKey Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end data migration process\nfrom SAP S4/HANA to GCP. • Engage with business stakeholders to\nunderstand current processes and define required data transformation\nand migration needs. • Translate business requirements into detailed\nmapping documents for the engineering teams. • Validate data\ntransformations and ensure alignment with business logic and\nexpectations. • Perform data validation and reconciliation in\nproduction environments post-migration. • Act as the central liaison\nbetween business users and engineering teams throughout the migration\nlifecycle. • Maintain data integrity and quality across systems\nduring and after migration. • Provide support and guidance to\nengineering teams on SAP S4/HANA, SQL, and GCP integration. Required\nSkills & Qualifications: • 7+ years of Experience with and\nunderstanding of functional SAP Planning and Manufacturing areas •\nStrong experience with SAP S4/HANA. • Advanced proficiency in SQL,\nincluding stored procedures and DDL (Data Definition Language)\ncommands. • Experience with and understanding of functional SAP\nPlanning and Manufacturing • Hands-on experience with Google\nBigQuery, SQL and data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). •\nProven ability to understand and map complex business processes into\ndata workflows. • Experience in data validation, especially in\nproduction environments. • Excellent communication skills to\neffectively work with business users and technical teams. •\nExperience creating detailed and accurate data mapping documentation.\nProfile Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in similar\nend-to-end enterprise data migrations. • Familiarity with data\ngovernance and stewardship best practices.
