We are currently\nlooking for a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Munich:\nResponsibilities Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced\nDevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the CI/CD\npipelines, infrastructure, and automation processes for our\non-premises identity management solutions. The ideal candidate will\nhave extensive experience with on-premises environments,\ninfrastructure as code, and security best practices. This role\nrequires a proactive and innovative mindset mixed with can do attitude\nto optimize system performance and reliability. This position is based\nin Munich, with frequent coordination with international teams and\nproject stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure &\nOn-Premises Management : Design, deploy, and maintain scalable\non-premise infrastructure, Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC)\nusing Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools, Ensure high availability,\nresilience, and security of on-premise environments. CI/CD Pipeline\nImplementation: Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for\napplication deployment, Integrate automated testing, security scans,\nand monitoring tools into CI/CD workflows. Optimize deployment\nstrategies for minimal downtime and rollback capabilities. Automation\n& Configuration Management: Automate deployment, scaling, and recovery\nprocesses using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or\nPowerShell, Implement containerization and orchestration solutions\nusing Docker, Ensure seamless integration of DevOps tools into\ndevelopment and operational workflows, Monitoring, Logging &\nPerformance Optimization : Implement monitoring and logging solutions\nusing Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent tools, Analyze\nsystem performance metrics and optimize resource utilization, Develop\nand maintain alerts and dashboards for real-time visibility. Security\n& Compliance : Ensure security best practices, including identity and\naccess management (IAM), encryption, and network, security, Implement\ncompliance controls for GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and other industry\nstandards, Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability\nassessments. Collaboration & Agile Development: Work closely with\ndevelopment, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows,\nParticipate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical\ndiscussions, Provide guidance and mentoring to junior DevOps\nengineers. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer\nScience, Software Engineering, or a related field, Minimum of 7 years\nof experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or on-premise\nenvironment management, Extensive experience with on-premises\ninfrastructure design and maintenance, Strong proficiency in\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.), Experience with\ncontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture,\nKnowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub\nActions, Expertise in system monitoring, logging, and observability\nsolutions, Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell,\nFamiliarity with security best practices in on-premises environments,\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Strong collaboration\nand communication abilities.
