During\nthis process you will plan, perform and lead ethical hacking activities,\ndesign attack scenarios for state-of-the-art technologies and highlight\nimportant observations to translate technical findings into management\ninformation so that they can take effective actions.\n- Apply advanced hacking principles and red\nteam methodologies, tools and techniques to mimic real-world threat\nbehaviors faced by the Siemens’s digital environment, e.g. cloud\napplications, on-premise infrastructure, digital products and services.\n- You work closely with Cybersecurity\nexperts from multiple industries to improve their solutions by tackling\nthe root cause of the issues and find innovative solutions to modern\nchallenges.\n- You\nindependently conduct research on latest developments in Cybersecurity\ntechnologies and threats and understand how this is impacting and changing\nthe Siemens’ environment.\n- Furthermore,\nyou will drive the continuous improvement of our internal audit processes,\ntools as well as documentation and coach junior team members.\n\n**What you need to make real what matters**\n\n- Strong academic history (Bachelor degree)\nin IT, Computer Science or other related fields; certifications such as\nOSCP, OSWE, OSEP, CRTO, CRTL etc. are a plus.\n- Good scripting and programming skills and\nexperience with languages such as Bash, Python, Powershell, and\nC++ / C#.\n- 7+ years of professional full-time working\nexperience within Siemens or a related industry in penetration testing /\nred teaming with a proven record of continuous career development.\n- Demonstrated affinity to learn about the\nlatest trends in Cybersecurity and keep up to date in a continuously\nchallenging environment.\n- You have extensive experience with one or\nmore of the following aspects of penetration testing / red teaming:\napplication and software security, EDR and antivirus evasion, C2 setup,\nautomation and scaling of security testing, Active Directory attacks, etc.\n- Demonstrated experience in capture the\nflag (CTFs) events, bug hunting or vulnerability research (CVEs) is a\nplus.\n- Experience with leveraging and integrating\nAI into day-to-day work is considered an advantage.\n- Fluent in English.
