You will develop\nfeatures, configure systems, build integrations, investigate technical\nchallenges, and create prototypes—exactly where the greatest impact\nis currently needed. This is not a pure engineering role and not a\npure product role . It is operator work with technical substance : you\nwill read and write code, design architectures, work with\ninfrastructure, and reliably bring solutions into production. The\ndecisive factor is not processing tickets but sustainably resolving\ntechnical blockers and quickly validating new ideas . You work\nAI-natively : Claude Code, agentic workflows, and automation tools are\npart of your daily toolkit.
