If you require any accommodations to support you throughout the hiring process, please let us know – we are here to assist you.\n\nDiscover more about our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace: https://jobs.zalando.com/en/our-culture/diversity-and-inclusion\nWHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)\n• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather financial business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.\n• Perform hands-on configuration in SAP S/4HANA finance for FI modules, including General Ledger, Accrual Engine, Group Reporting, and Advanced Financial Closing.\n• Design and implement financial statements and regulatory compliance solutions using standard SAP tools and Fiori apps.\n• Can design and build the complete Controlling Module and Allocation Process, including Universal Allocation and have a Detailed Understanding of the COPA Module.\n• Can design and build, and have detailed knowledge of Profit Center Accounting & Intra Company Transfer Pricing.\n• Can design and build, and have detailed knowledge of Document Splitting.\n• Manage the integration points between FI and other modules(SD, MM, PP, and HR) to ensure accurate financial data flow.\n• Act as the main technical point of contact for the above-mentioned modules for business stakeholders in Finance functions\n• Provide end-user training and furthermore support and practice knowledge exchange with your direct technical colleagues.\n\nWE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF\n• Extensive professional experience in working with SAP ERP systems, especially experienced with SAP S4HANA 2023 release, deep knowledge of business processes, and experience with transformation projects\n• Highly skilled in configurations/customizing, focused on SAP modules and functionalities of General Ledger (FI-GL), S/4HANA Finance, Accrual Engine, Group Reporting, and Advanced Financial Closing\n• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP FI implementations, with at least 2 full life-cycle S/4HANA projects.\n• Experience with modules MM and SD would be a plus\n• Strong ability to work both independently and within/across teams and project ecosystems (focus on efficient and respectful collaboration and taking responsibility for the overall team success)\n• Strong ability to communicate fluently with English speaking stakeholders of various functions/departments, up to senior management levels (English level B2)\n• Presentation skills (capabilities to shape and share ideas, provide reasoning etc).\n\nOUR OFFER\n• As we build our new office in Bucharest, we are committed to providing a competitive benefits package tailored to local market practices.
