It is your responsibility to identify improvement opportunities, drive identity projects, and build a unified, scalable environment.\n\nBased in Germany and the US, our IT Infrastructure Services team designs, implements, and manages global cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions to provide Flix with internal business services such as identity and access management, security and compliance configuration, communication tools, file sharing, 3rd-level support, and infrastructure consulting.\n\nAbout the Role\n• Integrate new internal and external applications into our identity infrastructure (e.g., SSO) following best practices\n• Work on projects to improve internal role-based access control concepts\n• Consult other teams and guide them to success, leveraging our services especially regarding identity and access management\n• Drive innovation and improve our services together with the team\n• Automate recurring tasks\n• Design the future IT infrastructure of Flix\n\nAbout You\n• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID or similar identity and access management platforms\n• Advanced knowledge of modern authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML)\n• At least 3 years of scripting experience (ideally with Python)\n• At least 1 year of experience with IaC solutions (preferably Terraform)\n• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to streamline infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, and daily operations\n• Basic experience using APIs\n• Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus\n• Experience working with IaaS solutions is a plus\n• Basic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) or web technologies is a plus\n• Experience with M365 products (such as Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams) is a plus\n\nWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
