We care deeply about resilience, observability, and getting the hard details right, because in payments there's no room for \"good enough.\"\n\nWhat your work will look like: \n•\nDesign, build and ship features end to end for our AI products for the software development lifecycle, backed by solid tests and clear documentation.\n\n•\nOwn key parts of how AI supports each lifecycle stage, from requirements and specification to coding, review, release and operations, and drive their delivery with the team.\n\n•\nShape the architecture and technical direction of the AI-assisted development lifecycle through specs and design decisions.\n\n•\nKeep both products reliable, secure and trustworthy in production so teams can depend on them daily.\n\n•\nContinuously improve the codebase, tooling and processes, using the products themselves to raise the bar on how we build software.\n\nWhat you need to be successful in this role: \n•\nA Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience) and 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.\n\n•\nStrong programming skills in Java (or a comparable language), with experience building and maintaining production backend services.\n\n•\nHands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic systems, such as tool calling, agent orchestration, prompt and context engineering, and evaluating agent output. A real curiosity about how AI can automate the software development lifecycle.\n\n•\nComfort with AI native development in your own daily work, using coding agents and AI tooling to write, review and test code.\n\n•\nSolid experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including data modeling and query performance.\n\n•\nGood understanding of modern engineering practices: Git workflows, CI/CD, code review and test automation. You know these processes well enough to help automate them.\n\n•\nExperience integrating APIs and working in service-based architectures.\n\n•\nClear communication, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to share ideas and contribute to technical decisions within the team.\n\nNice to have\n\n•\nExposure to high-availability or high-volume systems, ideally in fintech or payments.\n\n•\nExperience with agent frameworks or protocols (e.g. MCP, LangGraph or similar), or with building internal developer tools.\n\nWhat’s next?   \n• Does it sound exciting? - Apply with your CV in English.
